No activation code send after buying usage plan.

I bought ONE YEAR Usage Plan but got no activation code for my alfa. Customer support not respond to my ticket.

You didn’t send your Alpha’s serial number as requested, thus unable to provide activation key.

But i don’t got the mail. Could you resend it?

Please send us your Alpha’s serial number (as illustrated in pages 7-8 of Quick Start) to info@polaris-gnss.com.
We will then send your activation key to you.
