We find majority of the reported S100 problems are unable to get RTK Fix related. Nearly all of them are user choosing incorrect RTCM correction format. After pointing out to go over S100 User Guide section 7 on troubleshooting, i.e. how to choose proper mountpoint with supported RTCM format, the issues get resolved.
Over 95% of the happy customers don’t write. Less than 1% of the customers having above mentioned problem make posting in the forum on S100 unable to get RTK Fix, causing potential new customers visiting the forum getting the impression that S100 sucks. This hurts business, in turn will negatively impact support to existing customers.
It would help a lot if any basic S100 usage assistance needed be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The support response will be more timely, and less un-interesting topics for other users in the forum.
